Hi!

I’m Zahra and I absolutely love. my. job.​
​
I have clients from 18 all the way up to 78 years old, and I’m so inspired by the people I’ve met since opening my little studio in January 2025. Clients come in ready to prioritise their health, and I get to watch them put in the work week after week. I keep a note of every exercise and weight we use so that, a few months down the line, we can look back and see the amazing progress they’ve made. I’ve watched clients overcome injuries they thought might bother them forever and pick up weights they never could have imagined lifting in their first session.

Not only is it rewarding to see my clients improve, but I feel it works both ways. Although I’ve been qualified as a Reformer Pilates Instructor since 2024 and a Personal Trainer since 2021, I’ve learnt so much through teaching primarily 1:1 sessions compared to classes.

​

On an individual level, every body is different. An exercise that works for one person may not work for another. It’s about discovering which movements work best anatomically for each client to improve weaknesses, build strength, and avoid injury.
​
Aside from teaching, I love the gym (obviously!), horse riding, cooking, surfing, cats, hiking, and travelling.
