
Hi!
I’m Zahra, a Reformer Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer based in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

My journey into fitness began as a teenager when I first joined a gym. I instantly fell in love with how I felt after a workout and the satisfaction of getting stronger every week. That passion led me to study Exercise, Nutrition, and Health at university, where I deepened my knowledge and built the foundations for my career.

After graduating, I spent a year working on mental health projects in Nottingham before returning home to Bushey. During the pandemic, I began sharing my expertise through online workouts and outdoor group training, with the intention of helping people improve both their physical and mental wellbeing.​

Later, I trained as a Reformer Pilates Instructor, teaching both group classes and personalised 1:1 sessions. I fell in love with Pilates and it helped me improve my mobility, reduce pain, and build functional strength after years of discomfort from flat feet and an old ankle injury. It’s now a key part of my own routine, and I love helping others experience those same benefits.

Today, I combine my background in fitness, nutrition, and health to help clients feel stronger from the inside out, through both Reformer Pilates and Personal Training. I also offer online coaching and group sessions for events such as birthday parties. My goal is to create a welcoming, empowering space where you can move well, build strength, and feel confident in your body.
